All the students who graduated in June 2014 are hereby informed that those who are interested to attend Graduation Day scheduled on July 28, 2014 at 4:30 PM must register in the college by paying Rs. 300/-.They must register their names on or before 3:00 PM Friday 26.07.2014.
Instructions to the Students participating in the Program
1. Students to come in formal dress only (Gents to wear shoes).
2. Not to carry Mobile Phones/ Cameras to the program.
3. Not to take photos during the program.
4. To follow strictly, the procedure laid down in the brochure.
5. To be disciplined and not to make any noise.
6. To follow the queue as per the instructions.
7. No claps during the certificate presentation.
8. Procedure to behave during the certificate collection -seeing towards camera with smiling face, bowing to the chief guest while collecting the certificate, fast and disciplined movement etc.
9. No entry into the college campus after 3:45 PM.
10. Students to collect convocation gown from the department counter and wear it properly by 4:00 PM and occupy the allotted seat.
