Pre- Requisites:
- Should possess effective written communication skills and comprehension skills.
- Should have command on internet concepts, networking concepts, Operating System concepts in XP, Vista, 7 and Mac, Computer basics, Wireless Communication, Mobile applications, Mobile technology, electronic gadgets.
- Excellent Typing Speed: (At least 30 wpm).
- Excellent interpersonal, intrapersonal skills, team player.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist & respond to technical and customer queries via email, chat.
- Ensure all contacts are documented using the tracking tool.
- Ensure customers are satisfied with services offered.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- English proficiency test (Basic questions in English grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, true/false, fill in the blanks, paragraph writing etc…)
- Passage writing assessment (Candidates need to write on few given topics, this assessment is conducted to asses written communication skills)
- Written technical test (Written assessment on networking concepts & Technical troubleshooting ISP issues /DTV/ Blue Ray Players etc...)

Pay Package Details: 1.43 LPA + Free Transportation + Variable Incentives (0 to 5,000) + Periodical Hike (Hike in, 6th, month & 13 months, the hike is variable depending on the employees performance, this is applicable only for the 1styear). CTC, variable incentive and Periodical hike is subject to change, depending on the program.
Work Hours: 9 hours-Including 1 hour break (5 day work week & 6 day during training)
Shifts: Rotational Shifts (Candidate should be willing to work in Night shifts)
Transport: Provided (Home Pick up & Home Drop)
