All the B.Tech Students of 2016 Pass outs are hereby informed that Graduation Day 2016 is Scheduled as follows

Time: 4:00PM

 Note:

  • Students have to Register in the below form and Pay the Fee of Rs.500/- on or before 22nd July 2016 10:00 AM
  • Later on fee will not be accepted

Instructions to the Students Participating in the Program
  1. Students to come in Formal Dress Only (Gents to Wear Shoes).
  2. Not to carry Mobile Phones/Cameras to the program.
  3. Not to take Photos during the Program.
  4. To be disciplined and not to make Any Noise.
  5. To Follow the Queue as Per the Instructions.
  6. No Claps during the Certificate Presentation.
  7. Procedure to Behave during the Certificate Collection - Seeing towards Camera with Smiling Face, Bowing to the Chief Guest while Collecting the Certificate, Fast and Disciplined Movement etc.
  8. No Entry into the College Campus after 3:00 PM.
  9. Students to Collect Convocation Gown from the Department Counter and Wear it properly by 4:00 PM and Occupy the Allotted Seat.
