Job Role: Phone Banking Officer
Job Location: Hyderabad and Thane.
Salary Package: 15K - 20K Per month
Additionally,we provide shuttle facilities for phone banking officers employed during the day and cab services for those working in night shifts i.e. post 9:00 pm till 7:06 am.

Job Description:
  • Responsible for servicing customers over phone on various products and services offered by ICICI Bank
  • Maintaining good service levels and cross sell bank products via call
  • Handling 80-100 calls on a daily basis
  • Adhering to timelines and maintaining discipline on the floor

Job Specification (Prerequisite)
  • Graduation in any stream preferably with 0 to 4 years of experience.
  • Age: Less than 28 Years
  • Proficient in Spoken English and Hindi
  • Open to work in rotational shifts
