Job Description - Sales Executive:
  • Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles.
  • Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.
  • Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services.
  • Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collects payment; delivers automobile.

Job Description - Customer Care Executive:
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information.

  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Job Description - Front Office Executive:
  • Sorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post.
  • Providing support for Billing and Invoicing.
  • Ensure proper inventory of all consumables and staff requirements i.e. Pantry, Cafe, etc. 
  • Maintaining the general filing system and filing all correspondence. 
  • Intrepid Daily Log / checking tickets / closing and submitting daily report.

Job Description - MIS Executive:
  • Proficient in preparing reports as per company needs.
  • Timely report generation.
  • Need to have sound knowledge in complete MS office products.
  • Need to be good at functions, Pivot reporting, presentations, VLook Up, Hlook Up, sorting, filtering etc.

Job Description - Computer Operator:
  • Determines sequence of operations by studying production schedule.
  • Prepares equipment for operations by accessing software in computer; loading paper into printers and plotters; preparing for output.
  • Starts operations by entering commands.
  • Maintains operations by monitoring error and stoppage messages; observing peripheral equipment; entering commands to correct errors and stoppages; reloading paper; making adjustments in process; notifying supervisor for additional resources.
  • Documents problems and actions by completing production logs.
  • Resolves user problems by answering questions and requests.
  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and tests; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.

  • Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles.
  • Prepares repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into service database system.

Skills Required:
  • Candidates should have good verbal and written communication skills.
  • MIS Executive needs to have excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Access.
