JOB DESCRIPTION:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Review user generated content from across different geographies/languages
  • Educate users to improve quality of user generated content on Google Maps
  • Work closely with Google's UGC Geo products policy and quality to build new/refine existing processes
  • Understand and respond to user queries, complaints, feature requests on an user help forum
  • Collaborate with a global team to help build User Help Center documentation/content
  • Escalation engineering (IT Project)
