Learn from Home Program of Tech Mahindra Ltd. Commences from 9th January 2017 for 2017 selects at GCET CAMPUS.

Venue: You will be getting Mail from Tech.M for LFH program, No need to Come to college . Check your Mail by 10 AM on 9th January

This Program is a Mandatory for all the Selected Students of Tech Mahindra Ltd. 2017.

The Internal Coordinator for the Program in College will be Prof.Chandra Kant Nagulapalli & Prof. A.I.Prashanth Head Training & Placements.

Greetings from Tech Mahindra Learning Team!

It has been a pleasure for Tech Mahindra to partner with your Institutions for shaping the career of the young graduates.

This mail is to orient you to the Tech Mahindra’s  Learning From Home (LFH)  program which is getting initiated for the students who are selected for Tech Mahindra.  LFH is a unique learning platform that provides to the selected students an opportunity to connect with and learn from the Tech Mahindra Learning team (, well before they join us in person).

In today’s DIGITAL era, technologies change at a very rapid pace, thereby making it essential to continuously up-skill to remain competitive. LFH provides this opportunity. We are confident that selected students  would convert this opportunity into a win.

This  LFH  program is  designed to provide the necessary courses for knowledge enhancement.    It comprises of:

• 6 self-learning courses with voice over

• Course assignments

• Practice test for each course for assessing knowledge gained

• Periodic Q&A sessions with TechM faculty members

We believe a strong foundation is very important and hence, the LFH program emphasizes more on the fundamentals. This foundation will go a long way in strengthening associates’ career as it would help them learn the advance courses with ease.

To recognize talent, we will be conducting two contests as below:

TechM Technical Talent Contest-1:

• Based on LFH courses

• MCQ type contest

• Conducted post LFH and before joining

TechM Technical Talent Contest-2:

• Based on Programming Techniques, Unix and Java courses

• Scenario based subjective type contest

• Conducted post successful clearance of LFH and joining

By scoring (minimum) 70% in contest-1, the selected students may get an early joining  preference.

Participants will  be given  two attempts to achieve the minimum  score (70%).  In case they are unable to score  70% in the contest-1, they will be undergoing regular training program once they are on boarded.

Students clearing Contest-1 will get an opportunity to appear for Contest-2 after joining. And, by scoring 70% or more in the contest-2, they would be eligible for Rs. 4999/- worth gift voucher and a wildcard entry into “Fast Track Training Program!”

We shall  commence the LFH program for selected students  on 9th January 2017 and request your kind support to make this initiative a great success.

We  shall  send  a  separate  communication (regarding  LFH)  to  selected students.
