Roles And Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 support for Cloud platform
- Analyze and resolve incidents discovered either through standard monitoring or analysis or through external reporting.
- Application Deployment, configuration, integration and troubleshooting on Linux platform.
- Coordinating between various teams to customize solutions and deliver within agreed timeframe.
- Analyzing complex service related problems and recommending solutions accordingly.
- Diagnose and rectify issues escalated by customers and level-1.Ensure all Service Level Agreements are met
- knowledge on Networking concepts
- Knowledge on Linux along with Shell Scripting, Jboss, Tomcats, HTTPD servers, NGNIX
- Knowledge of Data base MySQL
- Qualified B.Tech/ M.C.A. candidates are preferred.
- Candidates should be excellent in written, verbal communications
- Male candidates are preferred
Interview Location: Hyderabad
Joining Location: Hyderabad
Salary Details: 2.76 LPA
