 Designation: Graduate Trainee/Management Trainee

 Job Description

  • This position has active involvement in all facets of a temporary and/or permanent placement staffing business for International Clients.
  • Plan and implement consistent volumes of focused activities necessary for high achievement in staffing clients on contract/ permanent positions.
  • Working closely with clients to help them solve complicated staffing issues and be proficient at building long-lasting relationships with these clients and the candidates you recruit.
  • Guide client and candidates effectively through the recruitment life-cycle.
  • Interact with on-shore teams to provide seamless experience to clients.

Key Skills required:

  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Good presentation & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to successfully interface with candidates/job seekers & clients/vendors
  • Understand technologies and utilize the same to screen consultants
  • Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan
  • Willingness to work in Start up Environment.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.


 Requirements:

  • BE, B.Tech ( Any Stream) & MBA – 2018 & 2017 Batch
  • No Percentage Criteria 


 Salary: 1.80 – 2.3 Lacks per annum
