2. Stipend during training is Rs.6,000/- p.m.
Salary: Initial gross pay after training is Min. Rs.20,000 to Max. Rs.30,000 p.m based on performance during training period.
Agreement: Two years & 6 months Service agreement excluding training period.

Training: 1. Selected candidate will be having training for 3 Months. 2. Stipend during training is Rs. 4,500/- p.m.
3. 65% throughout academics (10th , Inter, Engg) Salary: Consolidated pay after training is Rs.12, 000/-.
Agreement: Two years & 6 months Service agreement excluding training period.
Location of Posting: Anywhere in India.
Selection Process for All posts:
1. On-Line test (Which GLOBARENA will be conducting according to the specifications of EFFTRONICS) at HYDERABAD
2. Technical Interview and HR Interview for all the shortlisted colleges at a central place in HYDERABAD by EFFTRONICS Technical panel & HR panel
3. Candidates will be having another two rounds at Head Office of Efftronics i.e. in Vijayawada.
