BATA India is hiring MBA-2019 batch candidates for the profile of Store Manager.

 Key responsibilities shall include:
  • Manage Revenue and Profitability/ business of the store
  • Would head and run the entire operation for the store
  1. Display in the store
  2. Facility Management
  3. Customer Service/ Ensuring salesman takes care of the Customers
  4. Managing the Team/  workforce at store
  5. Statutory compliance for the store
  6. Marketing Activities at the store
  • Coordinating with the District Managers, Supply Chain teams, finance team etc. on regular basis for smooth functioning of the store.
  • Involve in the hiring of the staff and Training them.

 Eligible Courses: MBA (Marketing, Operations Management, Consulting, Retail Management, Entrepreneurial Management, Luxury Management, Brand Management, Business Analytics, Business Process Management, Logistics Management, Strategic Management, Marketing Management, Customer Relationship Management)

 Salary: 26K/Month (Which includes incentives, 100% incentives during training period)

 Batch: 2019 Passing out

 Joining: November 2018 and January 2019 (2 batches)

 Please confirm if candidates can join in the month of November2018/ January2019. Company will provide leaves for their exams.
