1. Initially the selected candidates will be entitled a probation/training for 3 months, during in which he/she will get 18000CTC/-per month for Marketing
2. Once on successful completion of probation/training period he/she will be getting salary as mentioned below
For Marketing:
3. Salary: Total Emolument-3.24L Per Annum
4. Incentives: Depend upon the sales achievement
For Backend Operations:
5. Initially the selected candidates will be entitled a probation/training for 3 months, during in which he/she will get 16000 CTC/-per month.
