 Eligibility Criteria:

 Trainee - Developer: B.E/ B.Tech (CSE discipline only) 2019 Graduating students with 70% (Students can give a percentage equivalent of their CGPA) in 10th , 12th and aggregate percentage till 3rd year 2nd Semester without any active/standing backlogs only need apply.

 Trainee - Testing: B.E/ B.Tech (CSE, IT & ECE disciplines only) 2019 Graduating students with 70% (Students can give a percentage equivalent of their CGPA) in 10th, 12th and aggregate percentage till 3rd year 2nd Semester without any active/standing backlogs only need apply.

 CTC per Annum: INR 3,30,000

 Job Description for Trainee - Developer:
  • Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions
  • Write well-designed, testable code
  • Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
  • Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
  • Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
  • Document and maintain software functionality
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
  • Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback
  • Comply with project plans and industry standards
  • Ensure software is updated with latest features

 Job Description for Trainee - Testing:
  • Execute full  Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
  • Develop test cases & test data as per the requirement
  • Write automation scripts
  • Use automation framework
  • Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
  • Document and maintain test artifacts
  • Comply with project plans and industry standards

 Bond Period: 2 years

 Skills Required for Trainee - Developer:
  • Knowledge on software development life cycle (SDLC) from preliminary system analysis to tests and deployment.
  • Strong analytical skills in analyzing complex problems, processes, and systems to propose solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to communicate across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to do multi-tasking and work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Skills Required for Trainee - Testing:
  • Should have knowledge on test strategy, test applications, do test automation.
  • To build high-quality testing solutions and test automation.
  • Strong analytical skills in analyzing complex problems, processes, and systems to propose solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to communicate across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to do multi-tasking and work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Selection Process:
  • 1st round: Group discussion
  • 2nd round: Online Assessment test 
  • 3rd round: Technical face to face interview
  • 4th round: HR interview
