Job Profile: Managing the Employee relations, policies, procedures, laws, and standards for the centre
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop employee recognition strategies, including reviewing, evaluating, and making recommendations for departmental recognition programs
- Provide approachable and professional support to employees by phone, email and in person on all employment matters or personal issues that may be impacting at work.
- Collects timely data to support initiatives through focus groups, surveys, town halls & conduct one-on-one interviews.
- Reinforce organizational culture through the development and implementation of programs and strategies
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
- Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
- Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations
- Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
Qualification, Experience & Desired Skills:
- Fresher (MBA in HR will be added advantage)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
