Job Details:

Graduate Engineer Trainee – Steel Projects
The position is responsible for carrying out the project management activities for laying of Steel Pipelines as per the approved designs in the City. The role is also responsible for liaisoning with external authorities for ensuring smooth construction activities.

Project Planning
  1. Route Surveys
  2. Liasioning with External parties
  3. Materials Planning
  4. Manpower Planning
Project Management
  1. To supervise and monitor project execution activities for Steel pipelines in the City and ensure daily supervision of project activities through contractors
  2. To provide guidelines on quality, material handling etc. to contract workers for ensuring adherence to work order
Project Monitoring
To ensure monitoring various activities for conducting a site survey, progress rate, and timely deliverables

Post Project Execution
To coordinate with external authorities for resolution of any issues post laying of the pipelines, reconcile the material and ensure proper contract close-out

Safety
To ensure adherence to safety norms by various contractors, comply with organizational procedures and ensure contractors report all hazards/accidents and unsafe acts in a timely manner

Graduate Engineer Trainee – PE
To coordinate with contractors for manpower requirements and allocate as per work/job defined under work order, and materials requirements as per the project work schedule

Project Managing
  1. To ensure monitoring various activities for conducting the site survey, progress rate, and timely deliverables
  2. To ensure proper quality surveillance
  3. To support in inspections at the project site for ensuring safety and quality of project execution
Post Project Execution
  1. To coordinate with external authorities for resolution of any issues post laying of the pipelines
  2. To reconcile the material and ensure proper contract close-out
