 Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum percentage : 65% in Engineering (all semesters) & 70% above in SSC & Intermediate

  • Good Subject knowledge in Civil Engineering
  • Basic knowledge on Auto-cad
  • Drafting, Editing
  • Verification of client inputs
  • Review on sample documents taken from earlier project.

Terms and conditions of employment

  1. 3 years’ service agreement
  2. Rs.1,00,000 bank guarantee
  3. Starting compensation is 13,000 CTC per month and there will be a performance based salary hike up to 30% after completion of six months i.e.., Probation period.
  4. Their first appraisal will be after 1 year from completion of probation period and going forward there will be performance based appraisal on yearly basis.

Selection Process:

  1. Pre-placement talk 
  2. Written test (comprising of aptitude and Trigonometry) for a duration of 60 min.  (All students must carry a scientific calculator)
  3. Qualified students will attend an technical interview and HR round at our company premises.
  4. Offer letters will be issued to the selected students at our office.
