Campus Recruitment Drive for B.Tech CSE and ECE 2020 Passouts | INRHYTHM

Venue: Geethanjali College of Engineering and Technology

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • B. Tech CSE, ECE, and IT students are eligible to take the Aptitude Test.
  • The students will be required to sign a Service Agreement with the company for a period of 2 years. 
  • The remuneration that will be paid during this period is as follows:

Salary Package:
1. Salary during the training period (3 – 4 months): Rs. 3.5 Lacs p.a.
2. Post training, salary shall be revised to Rs. 5.0 Lacs p.a. (inclusive of Rs. 1.0 Lac variable Pay) subject to
satisfactory performance during the training period.
3. Selected candidates will join InRhythm in March 2020.

Job Location: Hyderabad

Selection Process:

  1. Students who meet the above mentioned criteria will be given an overview of the company by     the Leadership team.
  2. This will be followed by an Aptitude test for duration of 1 Hour and 45 minutes, at the college premises.
  3. Students clearing the aptitude test will appear for the first round of technical interview.
  4. The shortlisted candidates will be required to attend second round of technical interview.
  5. The final round will be an HR interview.
