Direct Sales: This will be an office as well as field based profile

 Locations: Bangalore/Pan India

 Academic Qualification: B.E / B.Tech, MBA(2020 passing out)

 CTC (BDA Direct Sales): INR 1000000 (7 lakh fixed pay + 3 lakh performance pay)

 2. BDA (Inside Sales)
Inside Sales: This will be an office based profile

 Locations: Bangalore

 Academic Qualification: B.E / B.Tech, MBA(2020 passing out)

 CTC (BDA Inside Sales): INR 800000 (5 lakh fixed pay + 3 lakh performance pay)

 Sector: Sales, Business Development.

 Selection Process: One round of Telephonic Interview and Two rounds of personal interview

  • Training: All selected candidates will be part of a two month training process under the Business Development Trainee profile at a monthly stipend of Rs 25,000. On successful completion of training candidates will be promoted to the role of Business Development Associates (BDA).
