Guidelines for Faculty | Covid'19


In the background of GoTS’ circular to its Department staff dated on June 20, 2020, it is decided to regulate the attendance of our college faculty and staff as follows effective from tomorrow ie June 22, 2020 up to June 27, 2020.

  1. All HoDs, Deans, CoE, and AO should continue to attend college.
  2. Skeleton staff of Accounts,Transport, and Administration Sections should attend college.
  3. Essential Electrical and General maintenance, System Administration staff should attend.
  4. Librarian should also attend.
  5. The other department faculty, other than those on leave, need not attend college. They will be deemed to be WFH and should stay in the HQ and should be able to come to college ,if required, at short notice ( 3 to 4 hours)
  6. All the staff who are not required to attend college, and who are not on leave will also be considered as WFH.
  7. Respective HoDs / In-charges should prepare duty roster of their staff and inform the staff accordingly.
  8. The staff assigned duty at college, and using college transport, should contact Mr Mahender, Transport-in-charge for transport arrangements.
