Graduation Day - Instructions for Registration

Dear Alumni,

Graduation day is scheduled on 9/10/2021 for 2020 and 2021 graduates. Eligible candidates can register by payment of Rs. 1000/- towards the same on or before 7/10/2021(Amount includes Memorabilia book). Payment can be done through GPay or NEFT to Account no. 50100419388873, Name: Gcet Alumni Association, IFSC code HDFC0000042.

After the payment, fill the respective Google form (see the links given below) with Transaction ID and screenshot of the transaction.

1. Graduates will be allowed to attend the event on producing copy of Covid-19 vaccination certificate (Put atleast one dose) or negative RT PCR test report conducted within 48 hours of the event.
2. Please mention Graduate name and Roll Number in the transaction description during payment.
3. All the graduates must wear N95 masks during the event.
4. Parents/Guardians are not allowed for this function due to Covid restrictions. Only the Graduates are allowed.
5. Graduates have to come to the function in formal wear. Graduation Gowns will be provided by the college, on returnable basis.

• Not to carry mobile phones to the program

• Not to take photos during the program

• To follow strictly the procedure laid in the brochure

• To be disciplined and no noise at all

• To follow the queue as per the instructions.

• No claps during the certificates presentation.

• During the certificate collection, facing the camera with smiling face, bowing to the chief guest while collecting the certificate, fast and disciplined movement.

• Strictly No group photos during the program.

• Go back to the respective seat after collecting the certificate. Be seated till the end of the program.

• Payment after the last date will not be entertained, as program arrangements will get effected.
