Salary Package - 20,000/- CTC Per month (Rs.17,000/- Fixed Pay & Rs.3000/- Retention Bonus)
Position: Trainee CAD Engineer
Eligibility Criteria:
- BE/B. Tech Civil Engineering 2020/2021/2022 passed out
- Aggregate: B.Tech >= 65%, SSC & Intermediate >= 70%
- Good Subject knowledge in Civil Engineering
- Basic knowledge of Auto-cad
Terms and Conditions of employment:
- 3 years service agreement
- Rs.1,00,000 Bank Guarantee – Up on successful completion of 3 years candidate can encash bank guarantee.
- Starting compensation is 17,000 Fixed pay and a 3,000 Retention bonus.
- Retention Bonus will be Rs. 3000 per month for 3 years, candidate eligible for this retention bonus for 36 months * Rs.3000 = Rs.1,08,000/- INR.
- You are not entitled to a retention bonus if you leave the company on or before the completion of 3.5 years.
- Their first appraisal will be after 1 year of fixed payment based on performance.
Interview process:
- First Round: Aptitude, Technical & Trigonometry (Cut off marks 50% & above).
- Second Round: Technical Face To Face
- Third Round: HR
Technical Interview questions will be related to the following topics. So candidates are expected to be well prepared on these topics
- Design of Concrete Structures
- Design of Steel Structures
- Strength of Materials
- Engineering Mechanics
- Civil Basics
