Recruitment Process: 
  1. Online Test (Aptitude + Technical + Verbal) 
  2. Group Discussion (online via Zoom app 2 rounds) 
  3. Telephonic Technical Interview (Google hangout)
  4. Interview with Hiring manager/HR (Google Hangout) 
Eligibility Criteria: 
  1. A pursuing degree in BE/BTech/MCA/MSc/ME/MTech (Batch-2023 Only, No percentage & Brach criteria). 
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills so that you collaborate well with your team and clients.
  3. The ability to solve problems for the job calls for tackling real-world digital problems. 
  4. A strong work ethic with an eagerness to learn and become a rockstar coder. 
  5. Basic knowledge of coding, because, well, you’re going to be a professional software engineer!
Terms & Conditions: 
  1. The candidate needs to relocate to Pune and work from office full time. (No Work from home is allowed) 
  2. The pay package offered is - Fix pay- Rs.4,80,000 PA & Annual Bonus pay Rs. 1,20,000/- PA which candidate will receive after completion of 12 months 
  3. The candidate is required to work with Coditas a minimum of 12 months and Candidate need to sign the agreement with terms & conditions for 12 months. 
  4. You acknowledge that the Company would incur substantial costs in training you on specific technologies/skills for you to handle the job responsibilities effectively, and if you resign within one year of your joining, it would unfairly prejudice the Company. If you choose to resign during the above-mentioned period, you shall be liable to pay the Company. In case of a dispute, Coditas holds the right to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against you.
