Job description	Provide technical guidance in activities associated with identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems.
	Liasoning with various business domains like Banking, Healthcare, Life science, Technology consulting etc.
	Collaborate with global clients to ensure seamless functioning of Business
	Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures
	Document problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation
	Participate in a supportive role by acting as a liaison between clients and departments within the client infrastructure
	Good troubleshooting knowledge in emerging Tools and Applications
	Excellent communication, comprehension and writing skills
